Cassava farine is extracted from the cassava root, also called “Manioc”, “Myuck”, “Tapioca”, “Yuca”. 

Farine is fat-free, cholesterol-free, sodium-free, gluten-free.

 

Rich in vitamin C, fiber, potassium and other nutriments.

 

Recommended for diabetics, as a low glycemic index food.

 

Use as a cereal or porridge, use as a stuffing for meats, fish, black pudding and other dishes. Also great in traditional appetizers, or as a dessert with milk and sugar.
