This is traditional ASHAM, made in Carriacou, from select locally grown corn. The  corn-based snack is believed to have been introduced to the Caribbean from Africa. Asham is know by many other names – “Jamaican Asham” and  “Chilibibi” among others.

We have sourced the best of this product, from Grenada’s sister isle of Carriacou, made by Marvis Stafford ….. enjoy!!
